Commission Plans:

Our agent plans start off at 75%/25% (Agent/Brokerage) split. Capping at $12,000 and $325 per file. Admin fee per file capping at 30 sales/closings and reduces to $50 per file in an anniversary cycle. 

Transaction management services are offered at $240 per file and $40 additional on listing set up.

All our agents receive access to our CRM Systems (CINC, Fello, Dotloop, Google Email, Broker Back Office, and more)

We have specialized training offered through Glover U, CRM account manager, and our marketing teams. 1/1 coaching offered with the broker, 1/1 business plan offered with the broker, and two co-brokers who are showing how we sell $20,000,000 in our market locally. You will have access to the same systems we use. 

All agents have access to our dedicated Social Media and marketing person to craft postcards, social content, brainstorm, and/or be used as a sounding board for client events and branding. An al-la-carte per agent needs service.

Office fees include MLS fees, E&O, optional desk or cubical rentals.
